Department: FinanceKey Responsibilities:Loading daily payments onto the AJS system.Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality when processing financial information.Managing work volumes effectively while maintaining high service delivery standards.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (banking experience would be advantageous).Systems Knowledge: Proficient in AJS, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and file directory systems.Skills & Qualities:Exceptional attention to detail.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.Positive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.Minimum Requirements:Matric qualification.Relevant work experience (advantageous).Strong computer literacy.If you’re reliable, self-driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced finance environment, we’d love to hear from you!
