- Site Administration & Office Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for all site visitors, clients, and calls, providing a professional and welcoming impression.
- Manage all office administration, including filing systems, mail, and office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office organization.
- Presentation & Proposal Development (PowerPoint Expertise):
- Create high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.
- Work closely with teams to translate technical concepts into compelling slides.
- Pricing & Contract Administration:
- Assist with quotes, tenders, and proposals.
- Handle contract administration tasks.
- Personal Assistant Support to MD:
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the Managing Director.
- Handle confidential information and manage communication flow.
- General Support:
- Provide basic HR administrative support and handle ad-hoc projects.
Matric / Grade 12 certificate is essential. A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field is highly advantageous. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Essential Skills and Competencies:
