Duration: Contract positionOur client, based in Benoni, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team. This is a junior role ideal for someone with a Bookkeeping Diploma and 2-4 years of experience in a finance support function.If you're detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow your career in finance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments (local & foreign)
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Manage credit card and fleet card transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the cashbook
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audits
- Work with Syspro (experience advantageous)
- Bookkeeping Diploma (minimum)
- 2–4 years’ relevant experience
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with Syspro
