We Are Recruiting: Finance Administrator
Location: Benoni, Gauteng
Duration: Contract positionOur client, based in Benoni, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team. This is a junior role ideal for someone with a Bookkeeping Diploma and 2-4 years of experience in a finance support function.If you're detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow your career in finance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments (local & foreign)
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage credit card and fleet card transactions
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the cashbook
  • Assist with month-end processes and reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support audits
  • Work with Syspro (experience advantageous)
Requirements:
  • Bookkeeping Diploma (minimum)
  • 2–4 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Syspro
