- Responsible for overseeing core HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee engagement, talent management, and retention strategies.
- Responsible for managing industrial and employee relations, disciplinary procedures, VIP payroll processing, and overall HR administration.
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology (minimum requirement).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in a call centre environment.
- Experience with VIP Payroll is required.
