Durban - KwaZulu NatalCut, Make, and Trim (CMT) CoordinatorLocation: DBN CENTRALDepartment: Production / ManufacturingEmployment Type: Full timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CMT Coordinator to oversee and manage the Cut, Make, and Trim process within our garment production line. The ideal candidate will ensure that all stages of production are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and adhere to delivery timelines.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the CMT process from fabric cutting to final garment finishing.
- Liaise with suppliers, cutters, machinists, and trim teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production.
- Resolve any issues related to materials, trims, or production delays.
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs and inventory.
- Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to meet product specifications.
- Air table app admin which requires inputting data daily /weekly and monthly.
- Liaise with design room and Uk based designer.
- Ensure smooth running of the entire team processes.
- Proven experience in garment manufacturing or production coordination.
- Strong understanding of the CMT process and garment construction.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in production tracking software is a plus.
