Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience as a Service Manager within a franchise dealership or commercial environment.
  • Stable employment history with excellent, contactable references.
  • Solid leadership and staff management skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of motor vehicle servicing and workshop operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the service department.
  • Manage workshop productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the service team.
  • Monitor performance, implement processes, and drive profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
