Service Delivery and Project Manager (PE)

• Managing project deliverables together with team leads.
• Managing escalations from clients within the relevant technical work groups.
• Working closely with the company director and team leads to ensure operational tasks are completed and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with team leads to manage quality, time and scope of deliverables; whilst tracking progress and velocity.
• Be a key contributor to the overall project delivery schedule in conjunction with the lead technicians/department managers.
• Cooperating with Engineering teams to define and maintain estimates and plans.
• Track progress and manage project issues, risks and opportunities.
• Organise and lead regular correspondence to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Administrative sales support in the form of contract administration.

• Experience in implementing and managing workstreams.
• Good organisational skills with experience using software platforms for project management.
• Ability to toggle between client liaison and operational delivery.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in quoting and costing system.

• Undergraduate Degree.
• +3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
