- Managing project deliverables together with team leads.
- Managing escalations from clients within the relevant technical work groups.
- Working closely with the company director and team leads to ensure operational tasks are completed and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with team leads to manage quality, time and scope of deliverables; whilst tracking progress and velocity.
- Be a key contributor to the overall project delivery schedule in conjunction with the lead technicians/department managers.
- Cooperating with Engineering teams to define and maintain estimates and plans.
- Track progress and manage project issues, risks and opportunities.
- Organise and lead regular correspondence to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Administrative sales support in the form of contract administration.
- Experience in implementing and managing workstreams.
- Good organisational skills with experience using software platforms for project management.
- Ability to toggle between client liaison and operational delivery.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in quoting and costing system.
- Undergraduate Degree.
- +3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
