
Regional Sales Manager

- An understanding or background in the agricultural industry while not essential would be greatly advantageous
- Must hold a formal degree or diploma
- Proven work experience in senior sales and management (regional sales manager, area manager or similar senior sales role)
- Ability to measure and analyse key sales performance indicators.
- Understanding of warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving attitude, with the emotional maturity to handle any issues in a mature professional manner.
- Ability to communicate well within a team as well excellent customer relation manner.
- Availability to travel as needed for the company
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Managing sales of Key customers and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Establishing new markets and sales within the Western Cape.
- Evaluate the market and report on results with directors.
- Liaise with warehouse manager to support deliveries and orders.
- Addressing potential problems and suggesting prompt and pragmatic solutions.
