Creative Direction & Design
- Lead FF&E concept development for luxury residential projects
- Develop moodboards, sample trays, and presentation decks
- Curate and specify all furniture, lighting, softs, art, and accessories
- Work closely with architectural and interiors teams to ensure cohesion
- Present schemes with clarity and confidence
- Respond to client feedback while maintaining design integrity
- Build trust through thoughtful, professional communication
- Deliver the full FF&E scope—from concept to installation
- Produce clear specifications, schedules, and budget documents
- Liaise with suppliers and manage logistics in collaboration with the procurement team
- Oversee installations and resolve on-site issues
- Engage with local artisans, upholsterers, and joiners
- Guide and mentor junior FF&E designers
- Ensure quality and consistency across all FF&E outputs
- 5–8 years’ experience in FF&E, preferably in high-end residential or boutique hospitality projects
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
- Strong software skills: AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite
- Excellent knowledge of custom furniture, materials, and fabrication processes
- Confident presenter and skilled communicator
- Well-networked across both local and international suppliers
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Driver’s licence and availability for site visits
