- Full bookkeeping function to trial balance
- VAT calculations, reconciliations, and submissions
- Payroll processing using SimplePay
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, and journals
- Assist with management reports and year-end preparations
Requirements:
- Matric + bookkeeping qualification
- Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper (minimum 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and payroll processing
- Proficient in Xero and SimplePay
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
