Key Responsibilities:
  • Full bookkeeping function to trial balance
  • VAT calculations, reconciliations, and submissions
  • Payroll processing using SimplePay
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Process supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, and journals
  • Assist with management reports and year-end preparations

Requirements:
  • Matric + bookkeeping qualification
  • Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and payroll processing
  • Proficient in Xero and SimplePay
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
