Job Summary Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers? A well-established company in Ballito is looking for a dynamic Accounts Clerk with strong accounting and administrative skills to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and debtors • Capture all debtor and creditor transactions, including reconciliations • Follow up on payments and resolve discrepancies • Prepare and compile monthly financial reports • Perform bank capturing and reconciliations • Manage petty cash, credit card transactions, and stock control • Provide administrative support as needed Salary: • R7 000 - Working Hours 07h00 to 17h00 What We're Looking For • Valid Driver's Licence • Strong communication skills • Minimum of 12 months in a similar position • Excellent understanding of accounting and bookkeeping practices • Experience with QuickBooks (advantageous) Why Join Us?
