Job Summary Pitsana Mills is seeking a highly organised and proactive General Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the Sales Development Manager and broader sales team. This position plays a key role in supporting internal sales processes, maintaining accurate records & coordinating call cycles. •Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Development Manager. •Assist with the coordination, managing & tracking of sales rep call cycles, including daily customer tracking, and follow-ups. •Compile and analyse sales data using Microsoft Excel, including graphs, pivot tables, and performance reports. •Manage customer onboarding records, pricing accuracy, and order tracking. •Generate quotes, process sales orders, and update CRM systems. •Assist in tracking new business development, cold-calling statistics, and target achievement. •Provide personal assistance-style support to the Sales Development Manager including coordination, meeting scheduling, internal communication follow-ups etc. •Liaise with clients, sales & admin staff in both Afrikaans and English, ensuring professional engagement. •Handle general admin tasks related to fleet and vehicle management (licensing, Netstar updates/tracking, reporting, credit applications etc.). •Perform basic financial admin duties such as invoicing, reconciliations, debtors and creditors paperwork etc. •Assist with internal reporting and contribute to marketing coordination and sales initiatives.
