Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and coordination of our vehicle fleet to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update fleet records including vehicle registration, licensing, andSchedule and monitor routine maintenance, servicing, and repairsTrack vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileageAssist in managing vehicle allocation, driver assignments, and route planningEnsure compliance with relevant transport regulations and company policiesCoordinate accident reports, claims, and vehicle incidentsLiaise with service providers and ensure cost-effective fleet operationsCompile and submit monthly fleet performance reportsRequirements:Proven experience as a Fleet Administrator or in a similar roleStrong administrative and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); fleet management software is a plusValid driver's licenseKnowledge of transport regulations and compliance requirementsQualifications:Grade 12 / Matric (essential)A diploma or certification in , Transport Management, or related field (advantageous)
