- Ensuring that client claims are captured correctly within SLA, so that there are no delays, and we keep our clients happy;
- Following up on all outstanding claim documents, this will smoothen the process and ensure we have less comebacks;
- Answering calls, and logging claims accordingly and accurately, doing it right the first time, makes sure less time is spent on corrections;
- Providing accurate notes on all claims, setting up reminders and liaising with clients to keep the clients updated via telephone or email, good client service is always the backbone of our offering;
- Day-to-day administration and all other adhoc duties as and when required;
- Follow up on all outstanding claims documents in order to facilitate payments. The quicker we pay, the better the chance that the Client stays.

- 2+ years of experience within the Financial Services Industry is a must (long-term insurance preferred);
- 2 years’ experience as a Claims Administrator is a must;
- Grade 12 certificate (Matric);
- RE5 certificate advantageous;
- Good knowledge of the Insurance Industry;
- Computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook).
