- Manage and process personal lines insurance claims from initiation through to completion
- Liaise with policyholders, assessors, and service providers to collect all relevant documentation
- Ensure all claims are handled in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and brokers
- Keep systems updated with accurate and timely claim records
- Experience in claims administration within personal lines
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
