Grade 12/N3
Diploma/degree in Rubber / Polymer Technology
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) applications is essential. Exposure to Pastel will be advantageous.

Minimum Requirement· 10 years experience in a technical environment, including 5 years experience in a managerial role.Pr. Eng (Mechanical) will be an advantage· Excellent planning and organizing skills required.· Strong knowledge of production concepts, including mechanical and basic electrical systems.· Ability to keep track of activity reports.· Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making.· Understanding of ISO and other systems.· Attended to various production/quality audits.Valid Drivers License and own reliable transport
