- Lead or assist in deploying Sage X3.
- Configure core modules such as GL, AP, AR, IC, PO, OE, and others.
- Set up user roles, security protocols, and workflow automations.
- Customize Sage solutions using Sage SDK, VBScript, .NET.
- Develop reports using Crystal Reports and Sage Intelligence.
- Integrate Sage X3 with third-party systems (CRM, Payroll, E-commerce) using APIs, ODBC, and middleware.
- Manage complex data migrations from legacy systems.
- Optimize and maintain the SQL Server backend.
- Ensure data integrity, backups, and performance tuning.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and issue resolution.
- Diagnose system bugs, performance issues, and configuration errors.
- Apply system patches, updates, and module enhancements.
- Develop technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
- Support internal IT teams or end-users with training when necessary.
- Proven experience with Sage X3 ERP
- Strong hands-on experience with: VBScript, .NET, SQL Server, ODBC, Crystal Reports
- Deep understanding of finance, inventory, procurement, distribution, and related workflows
- Experience in system customization, integration, and data migration
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Sage X3 Certification
- Financial background understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
