- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase brand presence.
- Research market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through structured planning, client engagement, and disciplined execution.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Ensure consistent lead generation and conversion to support revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and tailored quotations that meet client requirements.
- Ensure professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Negotiate persuasively to secure new business and drive profitability.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts through regular communication and personalized service.
- Act as a trusted partner to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continued business growth.
- Address customer concerns promptly, providing effective solutions.
- Foster loyalty through consistent, high-quality support and value delivery.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to understand client operations and uncover additional business opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge, training, and support as required.
- A qualification in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the foodservice, QSR, or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central).
- Strong expertise in sales negotiation, solution selling, and client relationship management.
- A target-driven approach with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in post-sales support and customer retention strategies.
- Solid technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and product offerings (advantageous).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Strategic thinker who can balance relationship management with business objectives.
