Key Responsibilities

Lead IT strategy, software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Oversee full SDLC â from requirements to deployment.
Ensure secure, reliable IT systems and compliance with governance standards.
Deliver IT projects (ERP, e-commerce, internal systems) on time and within budget.
Mentor and grow IT teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Manage IT budgets, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Degree in IT/Programming or equivalent work experience.
15+ yearsâ software development experience, with 5+ years in IT leadership.
Strong technical background: .Net (Framework/Core), APIs (JSON, REST, SOAP), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MS SQL, Postgres SQL.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.

Beneficial: Azure (DevOps/Developer), Xamarin, Entity Framework, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, SignalR, ITIL, or related certifications.Skills & Attributes

Strategic IT planning and project management (Agile/Scrum).
Strong leadership and people management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of ISO, IT governance, compliance, and change control.
