Duties:
- Lead and mentor the compensation, benefits, and payroll teams while ensuring accurate monthly payroll and compliance with tax and labour regulations.
- Design and manage competitive salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs, supported by market benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, vendor management, and communication with staff to ensure value and compliance.
- Provide strategic advice to leadership, using data insights to drive fair, cost-effective remuneration decisions.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and audits, ensuring risks are identified and governance standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Honors in Accounting
- CA(SA)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a management and/or similar data centric role
- 10 years working experience within a financial environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite specifically MS Excel
- Align pay and benefits with business goals.
- Analyse data to drive fair decisions.
