Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
Duties:
  • Lead and mentor the compensation, benefits, and payroll teams while ensuring accurate monthly payroll and compliance with tax and labour regulations.
  • Design and manage competitive salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs, supported by market benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, vendor management, and communication with staff to ensure value and compliance.
  • Provide strategic advice to leadership, using data insights to drive fair, cost-effective remuneration decisions.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and audits, ensuring risks are identified and governance standards are met.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • BCom Accounting
  • BCom Honors in Accounting
  • CA(SA)
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a management and/or similar data centric role
  • 10 years working experience within a financial environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite specifically MS Excel
Skills & Competencies:
  • Align pay and benefits with business goals.
  • Analyse data to drive fair decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
