- Drive the creative and strategic evolution of the agency’s brand and marketing initiatives to win new business
- Relevant degree and qualifications within the related feel
- Previous agency experience within the TTL space is a MUST
- Demonstrated experience in the creation of omni-channel
- Experience delivering and winning client pitches
- Experience in managing a creative team as well as being able to step in from a design stand point where needed
- Experience working on creative design tools
