- Lead and execute the company’s sales and marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on B2B growth.
- Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with clients in the hospitality sector.
- Drive sales, secure new business opportunities, and grow market share.
- Manage high-level client accounts and ensure the retention and growth of key relationships.
- Support the company’s transition from a founder-led business into a more structured leadership model.
- Collaborate closely with the outgoing MD and executive team during a 12-month handover period.
- Work alongside the Finance Director and Operations Director as part of the core leadership team.
- Develop and present performance reports to the Chairman.
- Represent the company at key industry trade shows, building brand visibility and new connections.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience supplying the hospitality industry — ideally in services (logistics, transport, or distribution). Product experience will also be considered.
- Strong network and understanding of key industry role players and stakeholders.
- Proven success in B2B sales, marketing strategy, and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
- A hands-on leader, capable of driving initiatives while supporting long-term corporate growth.
- A degree in Business or Hospitality is required.
