- To assist with the day-to-day tasks of the Finance Department.

- In conjunction with the Finance Department monitor losses and minimize unnecessary expenses (Cost management and Operating Equipment).
- Responsible for the reception area and the relevant receptionist duties as well as carry out general administration and credit control duties.
- Personal assistant to the general manager.
- Planning creative and innovative marketing strategies for the future.
- Communication to members, residents and the committee.
- To promote the business to its members and guests as a service orientated operation by periodic interaction.
