Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Relations, HR & Payroll Administrator to manage HR, payroll, and industrial relations functions. This role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong IR expertise, and familiarity with CCMA/Bargaining Council processes.Key Responsibilities
- Manage disciplinary and grievance processes
- Prepare and represent cases at CCMA/Bargaining Council
- Support Employment Equity reporting and compliance
- Liaise with trade unions on labour-related matters
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and probation reviews
- Maintain employee records, process payroll updates, and resolve payroll queries
- Handle terminations, retrenchments, and transfers in compliance with legislation
- National Diploma in HR (or equivalent)
- 6+ years HR/IR experience, including payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office; PaySpace experience an advantage
- Solid background in Industrial Relations, EE, and CCMA/BCCEI processes
