We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will manage local and international accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate invoice handling, reconciliations, and vendor payments. Experience with foreign creditors is essential.Key Responsibilities:Process and verify both local and foreign supplier invoicesMatch invoices with purchase orders and delivery notesReconcile accounts and prepare payment runsResolve supplier queries and follow up on outstanding issuesMaintain accurate creditor records and ensure proper filingAssist with audit preparations and month-end processesEnsure compliance with financial controls and tax regulationsRequirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts payableProven experience handling foreign creditors and currency transactionsProficiency in accounting systems (SAP, Pastel, or similar)Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesGood communication and organisational skillsDiploma or degree in Finance/Accounting preferredIf you meet the requirements and are immediately available or on short notice, we invite you to apply.
