Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Assistant to manage the invoicing and dispatch processes. This role is essential to ensure accurate billing, efficient order fulfilment, and smooth communication between internal departments, customers, and logistics providers. Key Responsibilities: Invoicing: • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on sales orders or delivery notes. • Ensure all pricing, VAT, and customer details are correct before processing. • Track and follow up on any discrepancies or changes with the relevant departments. • Maintain up-to-date records of all invoices issued. • Coordinate with the finance team for reconciliation and reporting purposes. Dispatch: • Prepare dispatch documentation (delivery notes, waybills, courier slips) for outgoing goods. • Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, or in-house drivers to schedule timely deliveries. • Track and confirm deliveries with customers and update internal systems. • Ensure all goods leaving the p
