- Conduct structured daily outbound calls to a set list of existing and potential
- customers to solicit orders, upsell products, and reinforce customer relationships.
- Process orders in point of sale system and reconcile receipts daily.
- Accurately capture and update all customer details, including account information, order numbers, and delivery instructions.
- Follow up on customer requests for call-backs, backorders, or pricing enquiries, ensuring timely communication.
- Maintain an up-to-date telesales call log to track activity, order trends, and follow-up requirements.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure customers receive orders on time and as specified
- Verify signed company order notes for account customers and confirm stop supply status before invoicing.
- Process and route online orders, email correspondence, and internal communications to the appropriate depot or department for action.
- Maintain accurate and organised filing systems for invoices, GRNs, cash-up reports, and reconciliations for audit purposes.
- Assist in other departments during staff absences or high-volume periods, ensuring seamless operational support.
- Compile daily reports (e.g., cancelled invoices, cash-up summaries) for distribution to management.
- 2 years administrative experience, preferably in sales
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and point of sale software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment
