- Strategic Leadership & Vision:
- Develop and execute the strategic direction for your business unit.
- Set and communicate clear goals and KPIs for your team, aligning with broader agency objectives.
- Lead innovation within the unit, staying ahead of industry trends, and exploring new opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations for digital growth and success.
- Handle high-level client communications and resolve escalated issues when necessary.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team, including account managers, project managers, designers, developers, and digital strategists.
- Drive performance, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Mentor and develop team members, identifying growth opportunities and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Business Growth & Profitability:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the unit, including upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expanding current accounts.
- Ensure financial targets and profitability goals for the unit are consistently met.
- Client Education and Support:
- Support client education on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Work with the broader team to identify and drive training opportunities relevant to your client across both basic principles and key digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business unit, ensuring efficient workflows, resource allocation, and project delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across all projects within the unit.
- Implement processes to ensure seamless project delivery, from concept to execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing and leading a financial service client (FSP).
- Proven track record of managing, advising and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated client-centric mindset with the ability to build, maintain and grow long-term client relationships and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Proven Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated Experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. With Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities and drive opportunities that will add value and impact to client accounts.
- Demonstrated Strong understanding of budget management, P&L responsibilities, and financial reporting and the ability to drive profitability while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Own transport and driver's license
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, display advertising).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Marketing Platform).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
