Key Deliverables:
  • Proactively drive business development by identifying opportunities, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Source, evaluate, and engage with high-calibre candidates in niche and scarce skills markets.
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment services, ensuring a smooth process for both client and candidate.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure professional delivery of terms.
  • Consistently achieve targets while upholding the highest levels of professionalism.
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 2 years proven sales experience, including cold calling.
  • A history of consistent achievement in previous roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and client-focused.
  • Competent in MS Office Suite.
