  • 90 hours over a two-week perio
Office Hours:
  • Monday Thursday: 08:00 17:00
  • Friday: 07:30 16:30
Start Date:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients
  • Respond to client queries via Business WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and plan routes for field representatives
  • Perform accurate data capturing
  • Allocate payments and process approvals
  • Generate invoices for completed work
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments
  • Handle general office tasks as required
  • This is an office-based position
