- Respond to client queries via Business WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and plan routes for field representatives
- Perform accurate data capturing
- Allocate payments and process approvals
- Generate invoices for completed work
- Confirm and reschedule appointments
- Handle general office tasks as required
- This is an office-based position
