This is a dynamic opportunity for a Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager to play a pivotal role within a specialist Credit Risk team. You will collaborate with experienced Actuaries, Quantitative Analysts, Statisticians, and risk experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions to banks, corporates, and institutions across diverse sectors.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and calibrate credit risk models, including PD, LGD, and EAD
- Validate and monitor IFRS 9 impairment and regulatory models
- Deliver portfolio credit analytics, benchmarking and peer analysis
- Create scorecards, behavioural pricing frameworks, and risk strategy models
- Contribute to audit support, regulatory compliance, and advisory engagements
- Present findings and solutions to clients in well-structured reports
- Mentor Junior Analysts and contribute to a high-performing team culture
- Undergraduate Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in credit risk modelling or financial services consulting
- Strong understanding of the credit lifecycle, model development processes, and IFRS 9 and Basel regulations
- Coding proficiency in SAS, R, or Python (SAS Enterprise Guide an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work with cross-functional teams and build client relationships
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
- Comfort working in a hybrid model, balancing autonomy with collaboration
