- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the IT industry
- Source, interview, and shortlist candidates for contracting and permanent positions
- Curate and manage personal lead pipelines for business development purposes
- Actively contribute to achieving personal and team targets
- Relevant completed Bachelors degree
- Minimum 3 years' full 360 recruitment experience, specifically within the IT industry
- Strong experience in contracting recruitment processes and payroll coordination
- Solid understanding of HR legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA) and Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment CRM systems
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
- Target-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
