You'll work closely with our experienced Quotations and Logistics Manager while gaining hands-on experience in quotations, client service, and supply chain operations.Perfect for: Recent graduates or professionals with 1-2 years experience looking to grow in logistics/sales support.What You'll Do
- Quotations Support (40%): Assist with preparing quotations, maintain databases, process requests, and support order conversion
- Administrative Tasks (25%): Manage CRM systems, update records, prepare reports, handle documentation and filing
- Client Communication (20%): Handle basic client inquiries, provide order updates, support customer service activities
- Logistics Support (15%): Assist with shipping coordination, track deliveries, support supplier communications
- 1-2 years experience in administration, customer service, or similar role
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain qualification
- Previous experience with quotations, order processing, or logistics
- Customer service experience (B2B preferred)
- Basic understanding of import/export procedures
