Job SummaryJob & Company Description: As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing design and implementation processes, and ensuring compliance with international and client-specific standards. You’ll play a pivotal role across the full project lifecycle—from concept development through to delivery—contributing to projects in industries such as mining, oil & gas, mineral processing, and heavy engineering.This role offers exposure to international stakeholders, design codes, and engineering practices while giving you the platform to grow your technical and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, global environment.Job Experience & Skills Required:

B. Tech / B. Sc / B. Eng degree in Electrical Engineering
Registered as a Professional Engineer with ECSA
5–8 years relevant electrical design experience
Experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Engineering sectors
Knowledge of international design standards and codes
Strong cross-disciplinary understanding to lead subsystem discussions and assess competing solutions
Proficiency in AutoCAD, E-Plan or similar CAD systems
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and mentor a small engineering team
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, MS Project)
Willingness to travel internationally when required
