A dynamic and fast-paced global marketing agency—trusted by some of the world’s most innovative brands—is looking for a proactive and talented Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to join their HR team.This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in South Africa, with the opportunity to work alongside international colleagues across the U.S. and Europe.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and regionsDevelop strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment partnersSupport employer branding initiatives internally and externallyTrack recruitment metrics and assist in reportingSource top-tier talent using platforms like LinkedIn and other sourcing toolsHR Operations:Lead and support the onboarding process for new employeesAssist in end-of-month time tracking and hours reportingCoordinate and manage employee offboardingCollaborate with the VP of HR on cross-timezone HR initiatives and projectsRequirements:3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within global companiesPrevious experience working remotely as part of an international teamFamiliarity with recruiting for U.S.-based rolesExperience with ATS platforms such as TeamTailor and an interest in AI-driven recruiting toolsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related fieldStrong sourcing skills and a solutions-oriented mindsetExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesPositive, collaborative attitude and a passion for peopleAdditional Details:Requires flexibility to work U.S. hours approximately 30% of the timeWork closely with globally distributed teams in a mission-driven, collaborative environmentSouth Africa hours primarily with some US EST flexibility.If you thrive in a remote, international work setting and are passionate about recruiting and HR operations, we’d love to hear from you.
