- You will have a HR or related qualification in Human Resources, coupled with 5-8 years experience in effective business partnering within the construction or related industry.
- You will have a proven track record in strategy development and execution to achieve business plan KPI’s, as well as driving compliance and monitoring practices in accordance with relevant legislation and industry agreements.
- You will have a passion human capital development, ensuring mentorship programmes are effective and aligned with critical skills development.
- You will have proven expertise in engaging and effectively negotiating with unions, mediate industrial action and managing industrial relations effectively across the region.
- Additional experience required would be monitoring payroll activities, succession planning, talent management processes, transformation strategy, drafting statuary reports (BBBEE, EE, Skills Development, etc) and executive management support
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
