- Act as a trusted advisor to line management on productivity, employee relations, and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training
- Implement and improve HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive initiatives in workforce planning, employee wellness, and engagement.
- Coordinate employee relations matters including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure legal and procedural compliance across HR activities.
- Lead learning and development initiatives and competency mapping.
- Manage payroll inputs, employee benefits, and HR administrative processes.
- Maintain HR systems, policies, and accurate employee records.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture through data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- A minimum undergraduate qualification in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent relationship-building, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.
- Sound administrative, organisational, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- High emotional intelligence and professional discretion.
- Currently in a Senior position.
- Experience in Plastics and Manufacturing.
