This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills.Duties Include (Not Limited To):

Strategic Leadership – Drive the group’s long-term financial strategy, ensuring alignment with growth and expansion goals
Group Reporting & Consolidations – Oversee accurate, timely reporting and the consolidation of results across all entities
Performance Management – Monitor portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimise profitability
Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

5+ years’ experience within a similar role
Management experience required
Property experience required
