- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractors.
- In-depth knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- A relevant trade qualification or certification will be a distinct advantage.
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites (residential and/or commercial).
- Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site staff, and deliveries.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.
- Report regularly to project managers and senior site staff.
- Salary: negotiable.
