Diagnostic Vehicle Workshop Foreman

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on vehicles using specialised equipment.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Allocate and monitor job cards, ensuring timely completion of repairs and services.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty procedures, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with the service advisor team to ensure excellent customer communication.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, productivity, and workshop performance.

• Qualified Diagnostic Technician with Red Seal certification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a dealership workshop environment.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
