- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on vehicles using specialised equipment.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Allocate and monitor job cards, ensuring timely completion of repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty procedures, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with the service advisor team to ensure excellent customer communication.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, productivity, and workshop performance.
- Qualified Diagnostic Technician with Red Seal certification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a dealership workshop environment.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role advantageous.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
