Role PurposeThe E-Commerce Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving online sales growth and strengthening digital capabilities within a consultant-based sales network. The role requires expertise in e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital sales strategies, coupled with the ability to inspire, lead, and expand the consultant base for long-term sustainable growth in the online channel.Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Digital GrowthDevelop and enhance the e-commerce and social media capabilities of the consultant base.Innovate, design, and implement market-leading e-commerce sales strategies to ensure sustainable growth.Drive the achievement of e-commerce sales metrics aligned to growth objectives.Recruitment & ConversionInspire and cultivate sustained recruitment and growth of new consultants actively selling online.Develop strategies to maximise conversion rates of online customers into active sales consultants.Increase total online sales across the consultant base.Leadership & TrainingProvide inspirational and pragmatic leadership to build and grow the online sales network.Develop and deliver advanced training methods for consultants on building a scalable online sales network.Support consultants with tools, strategies, and mentorship to strengthen online sales performance.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 (a Diploma in Marketing and/or Sales will be advantageous).Proven track record of experience in growing sales networks in a similar role.Extensive working knowledge of e-commerce and social media platforms.Strong background in online sales and social media marketing.Valid drivers license.Knowledge, Skills & AttributesExcellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow teams.Strong sales acumen and outcomes-driven mindset.Innovative, assertive, and proactive approach.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organisational skills and professional work ethic.Mastery of persuasion, negotiation, and influencing outcomes.Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
