- Analyse, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements for Conversational AI solutions.
- Collaborate across global teams, IT departments, and business units to align on implementation strategies.
- Contribute to the development of LLM testing frameworks and chatbot performance evaluation methods.
- Stay current on LLM advancements and enterprise integration techniques.
- Optimize chatbot configuration and prompt design for intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Define KPIs, quality standards, and compliance measures for scalable enterprise solutions.
- Contribute to the design of secure, scalable AI architectures.
- Maintain implementation roadmaps with a focus on adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Address complex challenges and participate in co-creation workshops for solution enhancements.
- University degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or similar roles in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with Conversational AI frameworks, chatbot systems, and agent-based architectures. Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Solid understanding of cloud-based deployment, API integration, and cybersecurity in enterprise settings.
- Basic knowledge of GenAI enterprise architecture concepts such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience developing user-centric digital platforms within Conversational AI or related AI domains.
