Business Analyst

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Lead IT-related projects, develop project plans, track progress, and conduct pre- and post-project analyses.
• Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee change management processes, assess risks, and drive strategic improvements.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that implemented solutions align with business needs.
• Analyse data, identify key patterns, and contribute to governance, technical, and strategic planning.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly across various teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure that business objectives align with technological solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related management field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in business and process analysis.
• Experience with digital marketing systems such as Referral Factory and Hubspot Marketing Hub.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks, methodologies, and software development processes.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
