Job Summary The LCV Brand Manager is responsible for driving the sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies for the Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) segment at the truck dealership. This role involves managing the LCV product lineup, developing targeted sales campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred). • Experience: 3+ years in automotive/truck sales, brand management, or commercial vehicle marketing. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with LCV models (vans, pickups, small trucks) and fleet sales. • Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, dealership management systems (DMS), and digital marketing. • Driving License: Valid driver's license.
