Oversee the full finance function of the property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management. Manage rental income, lease accounting, and tenant accounts while ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements. Partner with operations and asset management to drive profitability, support investment and development decisions. Lead the finance team to deliver accurate, timely insights. Reports into the Finance Director.Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
7 to 8 years post-articles experience
4 years relevant Property experience
