They need a leader who is as comfortable in the boardroom as they are on site someone with the confidence, energy and charisma to build relationships, win business and represent them as the consultancy of choice.Requirements:

BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
At least 10 years experience in a quantity surveying firm working on commercial, residential and infrastructure projects
Registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor
Proven track record of not just delivering projects but also bringing in new business and growing client accounts
Proficient in WinQS and DimX
