Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for a range of construction projects.
Manage tendering processes, including preparation of Bills of Quantities and evaluations of subcontractor bids.
Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budgets throughout the construction phase.
Evaluate and manage variations, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and financial reports.
Collaborate with Site Managers, Project Managers, and procurement teams.
Ensure contract compliance and manage the commercial aspects of subcontractor relationships.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a QS role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT and NEC).
Excellent numeracy, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in cost management software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
