- Assist with the maintenance of CRM system and marketing automation tools
- Ensure that CRM is updated regularly; data is cleansed and captured after events
- Ensure that CRM data is correct
- Responsible for ensuring that our CRM Business Intelligence system is updated daily
- Collate and share data, information and news articles to support the sales team
- Send emails, produce documents and provide background information (through market research) about clients/prospects for sales team
- Attend internal sales meetings and capture actions arising from them
- Raise purchase orders and manage procurement of materials and services for Sales and Marketing
- Monitor stock of collateral and print and collate all materials required for events and sales meetings
- Undertake administrative tasks with relation to logistics for events, to include, venue selection, bookings, travel booking, catering and equipment hire and logistics
- Manage meeting rooms and refreshments, meet and greet attendees and prepare rooms pre and post meeting
- Attend events to support with registration, set-up and break down of event when required
