Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets
• Manage and monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle
• Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations
• Assist in contract negotiations and procurement
• Conduct site visits and liaise with site/project teams
• Compile progress reports and cost analyses

• 3–5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
• Proven exposure to construction, formwork, and scaffolding projects
• Relevant qualification: BTech, BSc, or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS-related software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
